Welcome to the Ringmer History Website.

Previously, this site covered both Ringmer Past and Ringmer Present, but owing to the increasing amount of time it was taking (as it was always expanding) I have now decided to concentrate on Ringmer Past.

This has always been the greater part of the website and it has the advantage of not changing a lot! Hopefully I will have more time to add new historical information to the site.

- to my husband Geoff who supports me in all I do - who understands when I can't sleep because text won't stay where I put it - who stops what he is doing to scan something for me - who brings tea to the weary.
